Pursuit is Hiring a Sales Director Near Houston, TX
Our client provides reliable fuel supply, logistics, DEF, additives, and strategic solutions. They also own dedicated assets and represents the largest independent fuel distribution network in the country. We are looking to bring on a Director of Sales to drive growth and manage our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Their main responsibility is team management — driving accountability, motivating team
- High-level coaching role
- Work with product line managers, corporate marketing team, national and regional sales teams, and inside sales to maximize growth
- Traveling to be with their reps in person, making sure they have the support they need, holding them accountable, etc.
- 50-70% travel across the US!!
Highlights and Benefits:
- 200k OTE Year 1
- 150k minimum base salary

Qualifications:
- Has 5 years selling SPOT/On-Demand products within the petroleum industry
- Must have experience successfully building and managing a sales team
- Ideally have leadership/management experience as well-- speak to how they’ve driven salespeople and help them grow
- They’re going to be specific with people who have SPOT experience in fuel!!
- Willing to travel frequently!!
- Adaptable, flexible, gritty
