The Marketing Specialist role will be a part of a team where your voice is heard and where your energy and creativity for helping develop new and exciting multi-channel marketing initiatives will be valued. Job Summary:

This position will help develop and execute the overall marketing strategies to support Purvis Industries’ short term and long term growth objectives. This multi-faceted role will be engaged in all aspects of B2B marketing from content creation to campaign development and execution. The role will also require working closely with internal customers, specifically with sales leadership and direct sales teams to support targeted and company-wide sales initiatives. This position will require both creative elements for content design and analytical elements for marketing/market research and report generation. Strong organizational project coordination skills will also be required. In summary, this position will be accountable for lead generation, brand/product awareness, market research, content development/maintenance, campaign oversight, and support with event coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Marketing to develop and execute the annual marketing plan.
• Content creation/management/deployment – print, digital, email, social media, website.
• Conduct market and marketing research to establish new, expanding, and penetrating existing markets.
• Lead generation development.
• Develop and implement programs to increase brand awareness.
• Campaign development, implementation, effectiveness and follow-up.
• Collaborate with larger team to promote customer engagement activities and events.
• Help set and meet marketing project deadlines.

Requirements:

• High level of organization, project coordination, and computer skills.
• Effective communication and writing skills for social media, online marketing, website content, and print.
• Flexibility to changing requirements, ability to multi-task, learn quickly, professional and positive team player.
• Able to work with regular yet limited supervision.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and is creative, adaptive, and assertive.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software’s for graphics design, video creation and editing.
