We are seeking an experienced External Logistics Assistant Manager to ensure that our product is delivered in a timely manner to client's project site. Tracking deliveries, coordinating suppliers and customer.

PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!

Responsibilities:

• Working along with internal logistics and planners in order to ensure project schedule deliveries are met
• Be in charge of tracking and deliveries to the project, meeting supply milestones and ensuring PVH commitments are fulfilled.
• Provide logistics/delivery information required to client and company project managers.
• Attending the meetings and providing transparency and project status to the different stake holders.
• Coordinate the contracting of transport, meeting the supply needs and logistics budget of each project.
• Coordinate logistics operations: road, air and sea.
• Providing logistics costs and options to the proposal team.
• Ensure that the documentation generated in the system is reliable and reaches the customer on time in order to manage the receipt of material properly.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial engineering, organization or similar. (Highly valued)
• 5 years of experience in logistics, dealing with projects in final clients, freight forwarders or shipping lines.
• Outstanding communications skills.
