We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our new headquarters in Houston, TX to be responsible for executing, overseeing, scheduling maintenance operations to ensure the optimal condition of all facilities.

PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, planning and execution for routine inspection, preventive maintenance and facilities repair.
• Hands-on: Perform minor maintenance and repairs in office and factory areas.
• Ensure accurate documentation of work order, detailing tasks performed, materials used, and time taken.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal departments, teams and external vendors regarding maintenance-related matters.
• Perform the main maintenance tasks to ensure an optimal state of the facilities in adequate health and safety conditions and in compliance with the corresponding regulations.
• Allocate tools, equipment and material to maintenance projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services obtaining quotes and managing vendor relationship.
• To carry out accurate records of the maintenance activities, including dates of next actions to be carried out and work performed.
• Analyse maintenance processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams regarding complex issues and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently, and costs are controlled.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment to prevent major failures from occurring.
• Communicate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities are conducted in a timely and organized manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in an industrial setting.
• Experience in dealing with supplier and finding solutions for the day-to-day issues.
• Negotiation skills, dealing with suppliers and problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with inspecting and fixing minor repairs. (Must have)
