Business Unit Manager
Atlanta GA- Hybrid
PVM, Inc is actively seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager. As a Business Unit Manager, you fill a high-level role that oversees a broad range of functions related to the comprehensive operations of your business unit’s mission domain. You create and manage business plans and budgets, set, and enforce policies, and handle recruitment, hiring, and other personnel duties. You are also responsible for working towards sales or revenue benchmarks and creating strategic plans for growth and development. You are accountable for ensuring all team and facilities adhere to any applicable regulations, laws, and local codes. Additionally, you add value by being accountable for the management, monitoring, and controlling effort across the client’s project(s). You establish and maintain a professional relationship with the client and continue to assess their needs and business objectives as a trusted advisor. Additionally, you will be responsible for all revenue operations (RevOps) for your business unit, which ensures a measured and efficient approach to growth and providing impact to our customers.
