Job Description As the Sr. Manager, NA Ops, Supply, and Procurement, TA you will be responsible leading all aspects the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates to managing the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience, specific to salaried positions for these parts of the North America Zone. This role requires a strong leader with a demonstrable track record in recruiting, a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to work with senior leaders and stakeholders. What's on the menu? Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams, for all markets with roles in these organizations across North America. Participate in regular meetings as a member of the Extended TA Leadership team for NA & WHQ TA. Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Partnering particularly closely with HRBPs at the plants and hiring managers at the plants is critical to being successful in this role and to business performance. Mentor and guide a team of multiple TA Business Partners, fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing training and development, potentially also including employees and contractors, as well as RPO resources when applicable. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including partnerships, job boards, social media, professional networks, agencies and search firms, and direct outreach. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. I have experience as a TA Manager, Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in a fast-paced and vibrant environment I have demonstrated successes in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams. I have a solid knowledge of recruitment standard processes and employment laws and regulations as well as familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software or platforms I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have the ability to build solid relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
