PWM works with Zeel - Zeel is a technology-enabled health and wellness platform that allows patients to book telehealth, in-home and accessible treatments to manage chronic health issues. PWM is dedicated to ensuring the best in quality-of-life enhancing medical treatments for our nation’s veterans, and is currently hiring licensed clinical mental health providers. To work with PWM, you must have an active Washington State license. Veterans and individuals who are experienced with trauma and/or pain management are encouraged to apply.

Licenses: Providers must possess a current license to work independently, without supervision, as well as an unrestricted state license as one of the following in the related field from an accredited educational institution:

• Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
• Professional Counselor (LPCC)
• Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Provider Responsibilities

• Complete 25 billable direct-service hours per week, remotely.
• Provide evidenced-based practices to treat mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and trauma. Utilize outcome measures to determine progress.
• Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients throughout the course of treatment.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances.
• Meet with clients on a routine, weekly cadence in accordance with the authorization or renewal.
• Maintain scheduling, rescheduling, and on-going communication with clients with the support of the administrative team.
• Report monthly progress summaries to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) to document all clients progress (including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries) in a timely, organized manner.
• Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality as determined by State regulations.
• Conduct audit reviews
• Must have strong computer skills to navigate, troubleshoot, and manage cases in EHR.

Ideal Candidates

• Works collaboratively with the team to enhance best clinical practices.
• Experience working with veterans and the VHA.
• Able to utilize one or more evidence based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR).
• Fully knowledgeable of DSM-5.
• Knowledgeable in EHR settings to provide clients with basic troubleshooting assistance as necessary.
• Access to a consistent and secure, private location with reliable internet connectivity.
