The Shift Leader Surveyor leads a shift to ensure proper survey planning, real-time monitoring of surface and subsea positioning integrity, installation and maintenance of positioning sensors, and quality assurance and delivery of positioning data.
Main Responsibilities :
Advises / assists the immediate supervisor in mobilization and survey planning, survey contract management, crisis management.
Reviews and amends the relevant aspects of quality control plan / start-up sheet.
requesting for assistance when necessary, expertise from other departments on board, external intervention, based on technical analysis and specification of needs, through the fault reporting system or the shipyard work list.
Supervising contractors.
