- Setting up projects in accounting software
- Assisting with collections
- Assisting the Accounting Manager with tasks as necessary
- Prior accounting experience a plus, but not required
- Notary Public a plus, but not required.
- Excellent time management, organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
