Context and Scope

We are seeking an AMAZON Specialist to provide high-level, organized support to drive our current AMAZON business. This is a full-time salaried position based in our Mt. Vernon, NY corporate office . There is opportunity for long-term growth. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION – NO EXCEPTIONS. WE ARE NOT SEEKING AGENCIES OR CONSULTANTS FOR THIS ROLE.

Essential Responsibilities

· Fully manage Pyramid America’s presence on AMAZON and drive overall business strategy

· Review current AMAZON business and provide the data and analysis to achieve maximum growth

· Create and update Pyramid America’s product listings with proper images, copy and backend keywords

· Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s, maintain brand consistency in accordance with to licensing agreements

· Work cross-functionally with internal departments; graphics, logistics, finance, etc.

· Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to Senior Management Team

· Provide forecasting metrics for future and expected demand

· Ensure compliance with AMAZON operational requirements

· Manage and analyze AMAZON advertising execution based on marketing calendar and budget

· Participate in inventory planning and product development meetings

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics with our warehouse manager and order entry team

Qualifications

· At least 4 year college degree or equivalent

· Minimum 3-5 years working with AMAZON FBA/FBM programs, including product creation, fulfillment, reporting, and marketing

· Experience growing a brand on AMAZON

· Experience managing an e-commerce product catalog including copy, attributes, categorization and pricing

· Deep understanding of e-commerce space, overall trends and technology

· Team player with a can-do attitude

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively – oral and written

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite

· Must exude positivity, confidence, enthusiasm and have an energetic behavior

Salary will commensurate upon experience
