Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative. This is a 04 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in (Remote).

Pay Range : $18.70 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

Candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Candidates must have a quiet, private working environment.

Receives requests via telephone regarding Insurance application status and Commissions.

Responds to inquiries from Independent and Client Agents and / or agencies for information and assistance.

Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets notifications to determine most effective response.

Schedule may vary based on needs of business but core working hours are : Monday-Friday 8-5 : 30 CST.

Performance determined on may factors including phone metrics and quality assurance scores.

Prior Insurance experience preferred. Client experience a PLUS.

2 years experience in customer service, call center environment strongly preferred.

Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures.

Ability to handle high end customers in a professional manner.

Home High Speed Internet, with 25mbps and up is REQUIRED.

Intermediate PC Skills.

Previous experience working in a remote setting is preferred.
