Pay Range: $22 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates needs to be in the St. Louis metro area with the ability to come into the Clayton campus upon request.
• Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM CST/ 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM CST.
• This person will primarily be monitoring our team’s queues in Service Now, answering tickets and cases related to supporting myPay by Dayforce, and assigning/escalating cases/tickets to team members, as necessary.
• They will complete recurring tasks our team completes to maintain the Dayforce application.
• They will also complete small projects related to system maintenance and creating/updating documentation as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Ticketing systems.
• Time, Payroll, or HR Application Support.
• MS Office (especially Excel).
• A high School Diploma is required. Bachelor of Science Degree is preferred.
• Service Now.
• Dayforce.
• HR Industry Knowledge.
