Job ID:24-26650
Pay Range: $55 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business professionals to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop, test, and deploy Power Apps defects resolutions and enhancement requests.
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Create visually appealing and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Branch Enablement Platform.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the platform's performance and user experience.
- Strong experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proven experience leading development projects, preferably in financial technology or similar industry.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, with the ability to balance scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating complex requirements into executable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships and promote a positive, collaborative environment.
