Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees application development and technology solutions operations.
• Leads software development team.
• Designs, implements, and supports application development and technology solutions strategies for all business units.
• Identifies and eliminates security risks.
• Analyzes business requirements for technology solution’s needs and systems.
• Works to increase user satisfaction.
• Evaluates technology and development operations with regard to established goals.
• Communicates within technology team and across departments as needed.
• Assesses need for new equipment and software.
• Prepares progress and budget reports for upper management.
• Hires new members of technology and development staff.
• Builds and maintains relationships with outside vendors.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

• 15 years of working with application development and technology solutions.
• Hands on experience in software development and modern technologies which include Cloud and Agile Development.
• Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.
• Solid working knowledge of all relevant coding languages and security protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team oriented leader.
• IT Staffing experience a PLUS.

COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 plus bonus. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
