Responsibilities will include a variety of maintenance duties such as wall repair (Stucco, textured), painting, and supporting the Engineering team with different tasks. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous engineering/painting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is necessary.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50-75 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs., including carrying loads on stairs.

Your Role:

• Preparing surfaces: Cleaning, scraping, wire brushing, steam cleaning, or abrasive blast cleaning surfaces.
• Applying coatings: Using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other equipment to apply under and finish coats of paint.
• Maintaining equipment: Cleaning, performing routine maintenance, and repairing equipment.
• Examining finished surfaces: Verifying conformance to specifications and retouching any defective areas.
• Your daily routine involves conducting detailed assessments to identify areas requiring care and attention.
• Whether replicating existing patterns or crafting new ones, you ensure seamless integration of repairs.
