We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Food Runner to join our team at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center. As a key member of our service staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders to guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Clear tables and reset them with proper linens, china, silverware, and glassware.
  • Anticipate guest needs by providing water and bread throughout their meal.
  • Assist servers with tasks like delivering additional items and clearing side plates.
  • Complete opening and closing side work, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Be a team player, readily assisting servers and bartenders as needed.
  • Become familiar with all property amenities and answer guest questions about the restaurant and surrounding area.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
