Overview
The duties include, but is not limited to, the following : Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials Take guest food and / or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service Serve alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times This is a full-time position, and you must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
The pools are open Monday-Sunday and shifts are between the hours of 9am-10pm with evening hours varying depending on events.
Qualifications At least two (2) years of prior experience as a Server Proactive Ability to work alone and in a team environment Keen eye for detail Prior experience in a hotel or resort is a plus Food Handlers Card is preferred TIPS Certification is preferred
