Job Summary:

A Restaurant Manager at Black Desert Resort is essential to ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction in one of our dining establishments. This position reports to the restaurant’s general manager. It helps oversee one of our multiple front-of-house restaurant operations, including guest services, staff management, and coordination with the kitchen, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience.

Job Specification:

Location: Onsite at Black Desert Resort

Shift & Schedule: Year-Round / Full Time

Salary Range: $58,000 - $72,000 (Individual compensation decisions are based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Help lead and manage front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
• Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a positive work environment.
• Help oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and shift management, ensuring readiness and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures to uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence.
• Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure efficient service flow and resolve any operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a luxury or high-volume setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Passionate about hospitality and guest service with an approachable and professional demeanor.
