At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer we will be specializing in Substance Use Disorder treatment. We have been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 9 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Salary Range: $48,000 - $55,000/year

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

• Train, coach and supervise case managers and case coordinators. Responsible for discipline, reviews and payroll duties.
• Coordinates all appointments, aftercare plans, schedules and meetings.
• Maintain client chart records for releases of information, precertification, continued stays, discharges, and aftercare planning/summaries
• Participates in aftercare planning, making halfway house referrals, facilitating placements,
• Investigate cases with insurances and referral sources to recuperate any lost days of funding.
• Provide direct care to adults with chemical dependency problems in the 3C program, to ensure safety and well-being of these clients.
• Accompany and transport clients as assigned.
• Orient new clients to unit and program, oversee daily schedule of 3C clients
• Provide individual sessions, family sessions and educational groups and workshops.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Required: Associate degree or equivalent
• Recommend: 2 -3 years experience with supervisory experience in Healthcare setting
