Pyramid Healthcare is Hiring a LPN Charge Nurse (Full Time) Near Hammonton, NJ

Summary:

Pyramid Healthcare’s Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ provides a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment model for men and women in search of meaningful, long-term recovery. In addition to evidence-based treatment, clients participate in scheduled groups, individual counseling and a variety of elective groups that support their transition to a sober lifestyle in an expansive setting. Pyramid Healthcare’s detox program ensures a safe, medically-supervised withdrawal from alcohol and other substances in a comfortable, non-hospital setting. Our adult residential rehab program provides a variable length of stay based on personalized, clinically-driven treatment plans.

LPN Licensure REQUIRED

$29.00 - $31.00/hour before shift differentials 

Schedule:

7:00pm - 7:00am

  • Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs: All clients are independent for Bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.

  • There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions: No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision for the nursing staff
  • Staffing for call-offs, on call as needed, organization of the shift
  • Communicates and assists with admissions
  • Discharges and pre-certifications
  • Ongoing preparation for surveys
  • Provides new hire orientation
  • Maintains positive working relationship with co-workers
  • Properly instructs and guides subordinates in client care
  • Responds to; and effectively resolves all client and or staff problems/issues in a timely manner
  • Communicates all client and staff issues with Nursing Supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience:

  • Possesses current LPN’s license in New Jersey and demonstrates sound leadership skills including time management, organization, prioritization and sound written and oral communication skills.
