**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. **Duties:** - Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners - Respond to IT support requests in person, via phone, email, or ticketing system - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals - Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of all systems - Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment **Requirements:** - Proficiency in ServiceNow, Remedy or similar ticketing systems - Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) - Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and networking - Experience in network administration including LAN/WAN technologies - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users - Knowledge of SCCM for software deployment and patch management - Familiarity with Linux operating systems is a plus Join our team as a Desktop Support Technician and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT environment!

Pay: $23.51 - $28.32 per hour
