Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth while embodying our company's commitment to positivity, integrity, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert advice, addressing concerns, and offering ongoing support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pest management to effectively position our services in the market.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to improve sales effectiveness and contribute to personal growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
