PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) Referrals, Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and $3K logs completed by field personnel.

• Electronically file SARs and CTRs with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
• Conduct weekly audit of SARs, CTRs and $3k logs filed against internal transaction reports.
• Assist field management with BSA questions.
• Maintain files to substantiate BSA compliance. 
• Assist in the development of new hire and Annual BSA testing.
• Assist in the documentation of annual anti-money laundering risk assessment.
• Develop and document response to BSA internal audit findings.
• Timely distribute fraud alerts submitted by field personnel.
• Manage branch testing procedures.
• Analyze branch testing results.
• Distribute manuals, documents and postings as needed.
• Process City and County business license renewals
• Monitor City and County business license renewal calendar to ensure renewals are completed in a timely manner.
• Other duties as needed.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Prior experience in BSA/AML compliance preferred.
• Prior experience in banking, finance or compliance.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel products.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to work in a team-orientated environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required, college preferred.
