Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments
- Manage and coordinate banquet and catering events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service throughout the hotel
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and vendors
- Knowledge of banquet operations, coffee service, bartending, catering, and food production
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to hotel operations
