Reporting to the Quick Service Restaurant Manager, the Dairy Queen Crew Member (DQ Crew) will be responsible for greeting customers, preparing food and beverages, operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory levels, maintaining food safety, and adhering to safety protocols.
Manage the entire operation of the restaurant through the development and growth of staff, sales and profitability to meet goals established in location's business plan. Ensures the restaurant is in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures.
The role of a dairy manager in a grocery store is to manage the dairy and frozen foods departments by checking shelf inventory, restocking as needed, ensuring foods are not expired, merchandising product effectively, ordering items that are running low, and helping unload daily deliveries.
A Shift Manager, or Shift Lead, is responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift. Their duties include stocking inventory, balancing the cash register and coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service.
