Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing operations during designated shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and develop team members during assigned shift
• Recognize and reward achievements of team members
• Assign job duties and set goals
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries/practices
• Assist in inventory control
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
• Preform all duties of cook, cashier, and line server

- Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations by coordinating tasks and responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance

Experience:

- Previous experience in kitchen management, catering, food production, or similar roles
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with fine dining, banquet, or kitchen environments
- Proven track record in team management and leadership
- Strong understanding of food service management practices
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
