QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting for an Executive Program Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA to support our Department of the Army, G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support contract.

Duties:

• Serve as the Army G-3/5/7 Information Operations (IO) principal contract action officer and project leader for all activities relating to the programs, policy and integration of Army IO planning and strategy with OSD and the Joint Staff. 
• Review Army IO policy and doctrine for compliance with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Joint Staff. 
• Ensure Army IO requirements are part of the Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR) or other Congressional reporting requirements. 
• Prepare HQDA G-3/5/7 briefings as required, coordinate and executes appropriate actions for these meetings, apprises senior leadership on items that require high-level visibility. Attends periodic meetings and coordinate input to OSD and Joint Staff data calls.
• Provide Army G-3 IO review of all Joint actions relating to IO and related capabilities. Integrates IO into development of new Army and Joint operational concepts.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Army Force Structure, Army and Joint Staff reporting requirements, policies and procedures. 
• Establish formal Taskers for Army-wide staffing of related actions; as well as draft responses on behalf of the Division/Directorate in response to external Taskers as needed. 
• Develop responses to related requests for information (RFIs) to include RFIs from Army Leadership, Joint Staff, OSD, Combatant Commands, Congress, etc.
• Develop recommendations and brief Senior Leaders to inform decisions. 
• Brief Senior Leaders on the status of related activities. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
• Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters.
• Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities. 
• Must have the ability to work within Government-provided software packages with emphasis on MS products, for example, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Required Clearance: 

• ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/SCI

Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years’ HQDA G-3/5/7 PWS task-related experience; AND ten (10) years’ military experience.

Travel: 

Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. 

Work Environment: 

This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces. While not generally authorized, telework may be required due to exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, pandemic, etc.).
