QED Systems, LLC is Hiring a SENIOR PROGRAM CONTROL ANALYST Near Aberdeen, MD
QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Control Analyst, Senior to support our Corporate Staff located at Corporate Headquarters on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role is a hybrid schedule. Duties Include
Perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
Prepare budgets for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis.
Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
Determine, monitor, and review costs, operational budgets and schedules, manpower requirements, and material purchases as it relates to managing costs and accurate/compliant invoicing.
Review, process, and submit employee’s Travel Authorization Requests (TAR).
Ensure travel plans are compliant with Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and QED Corporate policy.
Obtain approval from Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for all travel.
Review, triage, and approve QED employee’s business travel expense reports ensuring compliance with DoD JTR and QED Corporate policies.
Compile, review, analyze, and submit monthly financial and administrative deliverables to DoD customers.
Track reported spending and distribute funding authorization to QED’s subcontractors in accordance with contractual obligations.
Review and analyze contract historical financial data to assist with the development of funding requirements and future spending projections.
Update and maintain funding documents as well as review and compare monthly invoices.
Work with Contract Manager to unsure all deliverables are compliant.
Required Skills & Experience
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Aptitude with financial numbers/accounting.
Very Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Excel as well as standard MS Office applications.
Experience working with teams of Government and Contractors across multiple companies.
Experience working simultaneous projects at various stages of completion.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Five (5) years of industry experience preferred.
