Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with experience in managing inventory and staff.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Oversee stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory
- Train and supervise shop staff to deliver exceptional service
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management (RTI) (Flower Manager)
- Maintain a visually appealing shop layout to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is essential
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock effectively
- Sales experience to drive revenue growth
- Background in floral design is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for diverse customer interactions
