Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at QG Appliances 4 Less in Ontario, CA. The CFO will oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including financial planning, financial statements, financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. The CFO will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic recommendations to drive the company's financial success.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning and analytical skills
• Experience in preparing financial statements and financial reporting
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• Over 5 years experience in this role
• Proficiency in finance principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant financial certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Previous experience in the retail or appliances industry is beneficial
