**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, profitable, and meets the needs of our residents. The Property Manager will work closely with the management team to achieve our goals and provide exceptional customer service.

**Duties**

- Manage and maintain the property's physical condition, including maintenance and repairs.

- Responsible for the leasing and marketing of vacant units, including negotiating lease terms and creating advertising materials.

- Handle all aspects of customer service, including responding to resident inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Section 8 and other federal and local guidelines.

- Keep accurate and detailed records of all transactions, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests.

- Manage and resolve conflicts between residents and staff.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents and staff.

**Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

- At least 5 years of experience in property management, including experience with Section 8 properties.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to upsell and promote the property to potential residents.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 – 15 per week
