Client Service Support Agent A Client Service Support Agent is the supporting role for the client service team in leading project development and task management. This position will help maintain existing business with current clients and help establish new systems for new clients. The position consists of responding to client requests, resolving client concerns and understanding client needs to build positive and productive relationships with clients and the client service team.
