ResponsibilitiesJob Description
Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
Coordinating administrative tasks such as installation schedule, ordering of job materials, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing project files.
Assisting with procurement activities, such as obtaining bids, processing invoices, and tracking material deliveries.
Communicating with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of project-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
Supporting project managers and supervisors with administrative tasks to ensure project efficiency and compliance.
Facilitating communication between project team members and ensuring that information flows smoothly.
Maintaining accurate project records, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals.
Coordinating meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities as required.
Assisting in the coordination of project closeout activities, including compiling project documentation and facilitating final inspections.
QualificationsQualifications
2-3 years of experience working in a construction environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, and Construction CRM/Software
Experience in commercial and residential construction administration
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Active valid Driver’s License for at least 3 years
