Position Title : Administrative Assistant

Hours : 6 : 00am – 3 : 00pm

QPS is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Des Moines area!

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a hard worker, determined, and a self starter. In this role, you will be the first person a visitor sees when they walk through the door, so being friendly is a must.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls
• Direct calls or traffic to appropriate individuals
• Maintain emails and respond in a timely manner
• Communicate with internal employees and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with organization of documents
