Position Title : Insulation Installation Tech

Wage : $19-$25 / hour

Shift : 1st

Hours : 7am-4pm, 35-50 hours weekly

This is a direct hire opportunity in Olathe, KS.

Insulation Installation Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Install various types of insulation, including fiberglass batts, cellulose, fiberglass spray, BIB's, and sprayed foam products
• Apply sealants such as fire stopping, air sealant, and caulk to improve air tightness in homes

Insulation Installation Tech Requirements :

Experience in the residential construction industry preferred, with specific experience in insulation installation being ideal;

fiberglass batts, spraying cellulose and / or fiberglass, installing BIB's, or sprayed foam products

• Stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods while performing insulation installation tasks
• Lift and carry heavy materials, up to 50lbs throughout the workday
• Frequent climbing of ladders and working at heights to install insulation in attics and other elevated areas
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle insulation materials and tools safely and efficiently
• Ability to work in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics, often in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
• Visual and auditory ability to identify potential safety hazards and ensure a safe working environment
• Must have basic tools for insulation installation
• Valid driver’s license
• Drug screen and background check
