Position Title : Production Painter / Finisher

Wage : $23.00 / hour

Shift : 1st

Hours : 7 : 00am – 3 : 30pm

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Production team. The Painter / Finisher is responsible for preparing, mixing, painting, assembling, and finishing of various instruments and assemblies in production as well as the touchup of customer products returned for repair.

Additionally, the incumbent would operate the die press, arbor press, and other various tools used in the production process.

This on-site position is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek Wisconsin. You will report directly to the Supervisor of Receiving & Shipping and Finishing / Prep. Apply today!

Production Painter / Finisher Responsibilities :

• Perform painting and finishing of various parts, and final assemblies using spray gun, airbrush, and paint booth
• Perform cleaning, masking, and prep work prior to painting and finishing
• Use paint mixer to mix various types of paint per specification
• Use calipers, torque drivers, torque wrenches and other hand tools to perform assembly or disassembly of assemblies or sub-assemblies
• Use arbor press, drill press, and various other pieces of equipment for assembly and finishing work
• Follow shop orders, engineering drawings, or production work instructions

Requirements for Production Painter / Finisher :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
• At least one year of experience prepping, painting and finishing using various types of spray guns working in a spray booth
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment using hand tools and various equipment preferred
• Fine manual dexterity skills
• Able to follow standard written work instructions and comprehend electronic and mechanical drawings and schematics
• Able to pass English comprehension test (in order to meet requirements of our FAA Repair Station)
• Able to frequently stand, walk, and reach throughout shift
• Able to lift up to 35lbs
