Position Title : Service Repair Tech

Wage : $22.50 / hour

Shift : 2nd

Hours : 4pm-Midnight M-F

QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Service Repair Tech for a company in Waunakee, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Service Repair Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Troubleshoot problems on failed units
• Work in a safe manner and follow all safety rules and policies
• Disassemble and evaluate failed units
• Make sure paperwork matches the units
• Receive product into SAP / RGA system
• Disassemble units returned for stock
• Rebuild paperwork write up
• Assist production group
• Scrap product
• Stage product
• Maintain 5S
• Follow and use JI’s / SRD’s
• Other duties as assigned
• Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings programs

Service Repair Tech Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical experience preferred
• Mechanical knowledge
• Ability to learn and perform basic troubleshooting and gearbox analysis
• Basic computer skills
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Stand on feet and move around for up to 8-10 hours per day
