Job Title: Technical Ops Support Specialist - Mobile Devices

Job Description:

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of macOS and iOS troubleshooting. Including hardware/software isolation theory. Network configuration and troubleshooting, including VPN. Comfortable with CLi a plus.
- Experience running diagnostics, firmware updates, to resolve hardware/software issues.
- Comfortable with services, protocols, and concepts such as ssh, smb, vnc.
- Experience operating Windows and Linux a plus.
- Basic knowledge of AppleScript, Automator, and Python a plus.
