The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for inbound shipment receiving/inspection and associated tasks, tasks related to physical inventory control, final inspection of finished product, and preparation for outbound shipping. The role is a temp to hire, in-person, and will operate Monday-Friday 8am-5pm on a regular basis.

Inbound Shipping Duties:

• Receive materials in ERP
• Maintain calibration records for measuring equipment, as required
• Perform receiving inspection in accordance with QTRCO procedures using CMM and other measurement tools
• Create discrepant material reports and nonconformances to be submitted for Engineering review
• Assist with unloading of trucks, as required

Inventory Control Duties:

• Queue parts for receiving/inspection after trucks have been unloaded
• Store received parts in inventory based on locations in the ERP system
• Assist in management of existing parts in inventory, as required
• Assist in the job staging process by pulling parts from inventory, as needed

Outbound Shipping Duties:

• Perform final inspection of finished product
• Prepare outbound shipments for collection

Qualifications:

• Experience with measurement tools including computer measurement methods (Faro Gage) and other standard tools 
• Working knowledge with NetSuite preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Capable of lifting up to 40lbs independently and standing for multiple hours a day
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 compliance preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
