The Impact You Will Have: Through the QTS Leadership Development Program (QLDP), you will gain invaluable experience across five key rotations over the course of 9-18 months: Site Operations, Property Development, Technology Operations, Sales, and Corporate Shared Services. Upon completion of the QLDP, QTS Leadership will work alongside you to identify a role in the company that aligns with your interests and skills, driving growth and innovation within QTS.

What You Will Do:
- Lead process improvement projects and provide general support in critical areas directly impacting Site Operations, Property Development, Technology Operations, Sales, and Corporate Shared Services.
- Develop solid understanding of the data center industry, QTS product offering, and QTS operating model.
- Balance assigned/directed tasks with self-identified project opportunities.
- Form and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives.
- Analyze the operational and financial impacts of proposed solutions to make impactful recommendations.
- Regularly present findings to various levels of QTS leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics.
- Four or more years of professional experience.
- Superior people skills – must be able to work effectively with multiple business groups and levels seniority.
- US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
