Primary Function: Teach and manage ABA Program at WBESQualifications: MA DESE license in Special Education - Severe DisabilitiesKnowledgeable about Common Core State StandardsMust possess knowledge of Massachusetts and Federal Special Education RegulationsExperience working with students with disabilitiesKnowledge of educational and office technologyBe organized, flexible and collaborativeResponsibilities: -Teach and manage the district ABA program located at the West Brookfield Elementary School.-Provide instruction based on ABA pedagogy, including the use of discrete trials and data collection, to supportstudent progress- Per each students Individualizes Education Plan (IEP); Provide instruction, conduct assessments, write reports,, write goals/objectives, write progress reports and present at team meetings-Maintain and create individual learning plans based on the needs of the students assigned to the program, andadapt materials and instruction to meet individual student goals and progress.-Continuous progress monitoring, data collection, and adjustments to a student's program as needed-Consistent and clear communication with parents/guardians, school administration, additional stakeholdersincluding outside agencies-Supervise and direct paraprofessionals assigned to support the program-Work closely and collaboratively with BCBA, administration, teachers and staff-Crisis Intervention trained or willingness to be trainedSalary: As per agreement between Quaboag Regional School District and the Quaboag Education Association
