Corporate Finance Associate (Modeling Specialist)
QUAD is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Associate for a rapidly growing firm headquartered in Philadelphia .
The Corporate Finance Associate will support a newly acquired business and will primarily focus on technical modeling and scenarios creation.
Responsibilities
- Developing internal forecast models and updating based on new financial data and statements
- Creating complex from scratch three statement financial forecasts and models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis completion
- Performing financial data and statements reconciliation
- Reviewing various financials
- Analyzing and reviewing large sets of data
- Performing key performance metrics calculations for multiple business lines
- Modeling and summarizing potential financial transactions benefits and considerations
- Building ad hoc business models and analysis
Skills/ Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 5 years investment banking experience
- Ability to build from scratch three statement models required
- Advanced Excel and management reporting proficiency
- Valuation models and techniques knowledge
- Excellent project management abilities
- Self-starting, with ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment
Additional Details:
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: to $250k
