Credit and Collections Associate

Our growing financial services client located in the King of Prussia area is seeking a Credit and Collections Associate to join their team. Hybrid work environment.

The Credit and Collections Associate will support the accounting department by identifying and contacting customers related to overdue payments, as well as maintaining relationships with third party vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly communicating payoffs and general account information to customers
• Performing collections work
• Workout responsibilities, including repayment plans structuring
• Performing credit monitoring
• Documenting and maintaining collections activities and related files

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-5 years related financial/banking experience
• Solid general accounting skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation

Additional Details:

Salary: To $65k

Employment Type: Direct Hire

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
