Director of Business Analysis
Our client, a recognized healthcare institution located in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Director of Business Analysis to join their team. Remote, but local candidates only.
The Director of Business Analysis is a newly created role with a staff of two that will directly support senior leadership with various strategic analysis, including market, business, operational, and financial.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Business Analysis will be responsible for:
- Overseeing business analysis services infrastructure design and development
- Supporting payer contracts negotiation and maintenance and pricing proposals development
- Overseeing processes development and controls implementation
- Developing financial models related to balance sheet outputs, income statements, and cash flow
- Creating and maintaining financial performance analysis and reports
- Developing marketing analysis
- Assisting with operational state solutions identification and development
Skills/Competencies:
The ideal Director of Business Analysis will possess these skills:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- 10 years healthcare analytics experience
- 5 years healthcare leadership support experience
- Experience with healthcare decision support system utilization or administration
- Epic experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
