Legal Assistant (Real Estate)

A law firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Legal Assistant (Real Estate) on a long term temp/contract basis. Qualified candidates are required to have 2 plus years of prior real estate legal administrative support experience, along with Electronic Documentation Systems experience.

Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant (Real Estate)

  • Supplying support needed for completion of closing documents
  • Closing binders
  • Reviewing documentation
  • Keeping track of attorney time records
  • Maintaining attorney’s calendar
  • Communicating with tile companies and lending institutions
  • Land use development applications
  • Miscellaneous contracts

Requirements of the Legal Assistant (Real Estate)

  • 2 plus years of real estate legal administrative support experience
  • Electronic Documentation System experience is required
  • iManage e-documentation exposure is a plus
  • Solid MS Word and Excel skills are required
  • Strong written and communications skills are required
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Assignment: Temp/Contract

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ 08002

Pay Range: $28hr-$32hr

Salary range $28-32/ HR W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
