Senior Benefits Client Manager

The role will be responsible for providing account management, employer services, and operational assistance.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Benefits Client Manager will be responsible for:

• Acting as main point of contract for assigned accounts
• Working with employers to identify available benefit options, providing pricing consultations, and monitoring past due accounts
• Ensuring timely service delivery
• Collaborating with internal teams to support membership growth and retention
• Processing agreements and needs based grant requests
• Providing employers with program participation data
• Performing billing reconciliations and account reviews

Skills/Competencies:

The ideal Senior Benefits Client Manager will possess these skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years employee benefits administration experience
• Customer care technologies and benefits administration systems experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent analytical skills
