The Entry-Level Data Analys t will be responsible for managing data queries and creating dashboards using Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in data visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities: 

• Data Queries:
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough data validation and cleansing processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and provide accurate and timely data insights
• Dashboard Development: 
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
  • Translate business requirements into visually appealing and informative data visualizations.
  • Continuously improve dashboard performance and usability based on user feedback and best practices.
• Data Analysis: 
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
  • Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  •  Support ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed.
• Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales Administration, and Customer Experience to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other collaborative activities to enhance team knowledge and skills.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation preferred.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
