This position is responsible for Managing medium to large enterprise remote product installations. This includes identifying project objectives, creating a project that identifies the necessary tasks, establishing a timeline, and coordinating with the project stakeholders to ensure projects get completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be someone who is self-driven, technically competent, detail-oriented, and possesses good communication skills.
Your role in our future

  • Work directly with customers in creating project implementation schedules by assessing customer readiness, collect preferred installation timing, and engaging with the operations teams to verify product availability
  • Drive installation/service delivery commitments to the customer
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project status within the project tracking tool
  • Interact with management, service teams, and professionals within the department and other parts of the organization
  • Gain an understanding of product functionality so that you can answer customer questions related to the product being installed
  • Provide effective communication of the schedule to all customers, including delays, early arrivals, or issue resolution plans
  • Create a Project Plan Timeline that includes tasks, due dates and assignments covering key activities for each project.
  • Develop a background understanding of projects in your portfolio by reviewing documents that includes sales contracts, floorplans, and engaging with Account Executives
  • Responsible for resolving issues that arise within the project including but not limited to Scope creep, resource availability, expectation misalignment within the project from the End User, Reseller, Pre-Sales team or Pro Svc’s Team.


Your profile

  • AS degree, or equivalent certifications or experience, in Project Management or related area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

This position has a salary range of:

$70,000.00 - $105,000.00

Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
