DUTIES : Formatting, material production, assisting project teams. Proofreading (Q / A) Filing reports and documents in SharePoint Scheduling (meetings for project teams) Booking travel arrangements Basic knowledge of hardware desktop, printer, scanner, video Basic knowledge of software installation, patching and troubleshooting Expert knowledge and use of Windows OS and O365 Office products Work on basic networking issues, and working with vendors to coordinate support Creating extranet sights and assigning user permissions in Office 365 Administrator Adding / removing licenses for users in various online platforms Preparing and setting up new computers for staff Managing online subscriptions and renewals Troubleshooting information technology issues for staff Coordinating with Third Party IT Support Coordinating equipment maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning Quadrant is an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer.
