Capital Management Services (CMS) is currently looking for a janitor or custodian to take care of our various contract locations on a part-time basis by carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties. This individual must keep our contracted buildings in a clean and orderly condition.

We are currently seeking a Janitorial Roving Crew Member to clean and maintain our facility, with additional attention to high traffic areas such as restrooms, office space, and lobbies.”

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Integrity and ability to work independently.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to drive company vehicle.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Occasionally carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Other tasks as assigned
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Highly Organized, Self-Motivated, & Great Attitude
• Excellent Communication Skills
• High Attention to Detail and Very Strong Customer Service Skills
• Always exhibit a clean and professional appearance

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Work Schedule - Monday-Friday from 5PM-10PM. 
• A test will be required for this position.
• Must have a valid driver's license. 
• Must have reliable transportation for this position.
• A satisfactory background check, motor vehicle report and drug test will be required for this position.
• Heavy lifting up to 25 lbs. or more may be required.

CMS will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures and proper use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.
